
The Medical Users Software Exchange (MUSE) facilitates networking, education and communication between healthcare organizations using MEDITECH software and technologies. Their goal: to benefit their members’ organizational performance. Acro Media’s fruitful relationship with Muse International began in 2002 with our construction of a Web site that we would augment over the following six years. As MUSE grew and its needs changed over the span, Acro Media added functionality and tools on an ad hoc basis. In 2008, however, Acro Media undertook a total site redesign. Not only did we reinvigorate its look and feel, but with an eye to the future we migrated the site to the Drupal Content Management System – thereby building a solid foundation for ongoing, modular growth well into the future.
At six years old, Muse International’s Web site begged for renewal. Acro Media’s Creative Design team re-crafted the face and character of the online entity, while our software experts integrated new tools and functionality to enhance their users’ onsite experience. Better membership tools and events management, attractive photo galleries and an updated document library were all part of the major redesign – adding up to a fresh new face and a forward-facing approach for Muse International.
The new MUSE International site is a great example of how creative design elements can redefine an organization’s or company’s image. Enhanced tools, resources and galleries have transformed an outdated information repository into a community-driven, technologically advanced Web presence. With their new site, MUSE can offer its members a better online experience, while supporting their status as a leading provider of healthcare-related resources and information. The site’s eye-catching graphics represent the latest best practices, while cutting-edge elements place it amongst the Web’s in 2010.
